Gujarat Winding Systems Limited (Formerly known as Hi‐Tech Winding Systems Limited ) under the Companies Act, 1956 in the states of Gujarat. The name of the Company has been changed from Hi-tech Winding Systems Limited to Gujarat Winding Systems Limited by passing special resolution in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December, 26 2024 and obtained certificate from ROC on January 27, 2025.
It was subsequently converted into public limited company by passing special resolution in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September, 9, 1995 and obtained certificate from ROC on October 6, 1995 and its name changed to HI – Tech Windings System Limited.
Later on slowly and gradually company has started its business.
